What exactly is eRealting™?

eRealting™ is a lead generation, and lead management system. Unlike buying leads from someone else, eRealting™ allows anyone—even those who aren’t tech-savvy at all—to use our online system to direct buyers and sellers to your special eRealting™ websites each day, and then capture their contact information for you to call.

What can I expect?  How many leads will I get?

Our members can control how many leads they receive.  Some agents like to keep it to only a few per week, others choose to get as many as 5 to 10 per day.

With thousands of buyers and sellers looking online for home information each day and in every little corner of the country — and because we control how many agents we allow to use eRealting™ for any given region — our members can easily control how many leads they would like to receive.

How good are the leads?

The quality of each lead varies.  Some need an agent right away, others are looking to move in the months to come – some will not need an agent at all!

Leads from the Internet are no different than leads you would generate at a big open house.  Some are great, others turn out to be a waste of time.

The advantage of the Internet is volume, and the fact that most Internet leads have no agent yet.  (*The National Association of Realtors states that 87% of people looking to buy or sell a home do their own research online before they contact a real estate agent.)

Where do the leads come from?

When consumers start looking for a new home, or for info about selling their home, they turn to the Internet.  eRealting™ shows members where on the Internet these consumers are, how to bring those visitors back to their special eRealting™ website, and what kind of information to provide so that the consumer will actually leave their contact information.

What makes you different from other real estate lead companies?

We do not sell leads to agents.  Top agents understand that they need to control where their leads come from, and how many.  Some agents target sellers more than buyers, or buyers for a certain style of home, or price range, etc.

With eRealting™ all of these things are in your control, not someone else’s.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No.  At eRealting™ we don’t believe our members should have to commit to a long term contract.

What we do believe is that you will stay… if you are happy.  You’ll stay because our system is every bit as amazing as you’re hoping it is!

Are there any other costs?

eRealting™ attracts buyers and sellers from a variety of online “places”.  Many are free to participate in, others have small fees.

Our most successful agents understand that “paying to buy a new client” is perfectly fine… the important detail is knowing exactly how many leads and, more importantly, how many clients you are getting each month, at what cost.

As of July 2013, our average member ends up spending less than $300 to acquire a new client.

What if I need help?

We have assistants to help you!

Unlike so many other Internet-based services, eRealting™ provides “Marketing Assistants” to every member.  Whether by email or by phone, your MA’s number one job is your success.

So, as easy as everyone says eRealting™ is to use, when help is needed, we’re here.

What if it’s not for me?

We think eRealting™ is the best lead generation tool available to real estate agents, period.

But we also recognize that there’s no one thing that is perfect for everyone – that’s why we make it so easy to try…

With no contracts or long-term commitments, you can use eRealting™ for as long as you like.  If you decide it’s not for you, you may stop any time (no hard feelings!)
